Strong Architect is a family venture of father/son Architects. We are continuously building forward with optimism, anticipating that future science and discovery will have profound effects on how we interact with the built environment.  The complexity of life’s psychogeographic vocabulary is increasing exponentially.  The life of Architecture is following the same path.

We only have to dream of the wonders the future will bring.  In 1900 transportation was primarily horse and carriage. In 1969 humans had landed on the moon.  The dream brings the idea into our conceptual vocabulary and then becomes the future. Movies, literature and creativity conceive what the future will bring in our lifetime.  This future thinking optimism is a strong motivator.  Currently profound changes are increasing every year, decade, and century.

Modern Architectural pedagogy and the expanded horizons in the science of consciousness combined to give a dynamically wonderful expectation for the architecture of our future.  Current Architectural paradigms have embraced Green, the Living Building Challenge, Cradle to Cradle design,  morphology, nana-tectonics, layered envelops, zero energy structures, energy collectors and smart houses injecting new concepts into the DNA of Architecture.  Product advancements create new architectural paradigms.   Sophisticated devices to measure the energy flow through structures are now common. Our architectural design conceives of a fully integrated built environment.

The built environment filters all thermal, light, kinematic, conscious  life energies with materials and shape.  Synergy develops between the occupant’s conscious sensation of and our interaction with the built environment.  Buildings become an extension of the user’s body as they facilitate continued increases in the complexity of our creative processes.

All artists experience the eureka moment at idea conception and again upon reflection.  The creative eureka experience is a major wellspring of life.
